The Judge is an Epic Boss.
The Judge is the creator of Black widow and other flesh constructs from the June release. His main power is to operate with flesh in liquid form. So he decomposes living or dead creatures in particles and then forms something new.
The name Judge comes from his actions – he decides what form the creature deserves. If it was a mighty warrior it has a chance to reawaken as necro spider warrior, if a weak traveller then necro servitor and so on..
